About The Team

The Strategic Finance area is within the Finance department, and its main objective is to drive company’s growth through financial discipline, in-depth financial and strategic analysis. The challenge includes the responsibility of providing key insights to internal and external stakeholders via historical financial and operational analysis, ownership of the company’s financial model (budgeting and projections) and other ad-hoc analysis (e.g., local and international expansion, cost control, capital budgeting).

About The Challenge

Lead and support financial planning processes (monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, and business reviews) Focus on analyzing and optimizing operational and non-operational costs that lead to actionable insights Work together with our operations and tech team for the analysis and selection of suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors Continue to develop and evolve tools and financial processes Support the monthly/quarterly management reporting process for top management and investors Build and own financial forecast models Provide an understanding of the impact of different factors on the overall P&L Short-, medium- and long-term costs/expenses savings proposals Ad hoc Operational and Commercial projects Support the decision process of opening new business verticals and geographies

The Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or Economics. Minimum 2 years of experience in Finance roles, Business Consulting, or Financial Modeling Robust analytical & modeling skills CFA candidate or charter holder is a plus Advanced Excel and PowerPoint level is a must (Power Query, Power Pivot and Power BI is a plus) Fluent English (Advanced) Previous experience at a startup or logistics company is a plus.
