If you join us, you'll be a founding team member who helps define:
Breakdown of interview rounds:
Preliminary conversation (30 min): This is where we understand your motivation to join an early-stage productivity company and look at some of your past work. Expect questions on why you took certain decisions in your existing designs.
Whiteboarding together (90 min): We will work on a problem together where you'll be expected to create prototypes out of a complex end-to-end workflow. The idea here is not to reach a perfect solution (we realize that can't be done in 1.5 hours) but to understand how to break down the problem and what kind of questions you ask.
Compatibility (60 min): One round with someone from the engineering team to see how you work with cross functions outside of product and design.
Product/Culture (90 min): Expect questions about product thinking and understanding what gives you joy in life.
Aerotime is reinventing calendar to make humans be effective, not busy.
A modern calendar that helps people prioritize their work by goal setting, time blocking and reducing fragmentation created by randomly placed meeting and distracting Slack messages.
Aerotime helps you create key goals for the week, helps you break it down into tasks and meetings, streamline calendar to support and align your team around it. This leads to people being effective and not busy.
