Founding Engineer: $100k - $180k + 0.50% - 2.00% equity

We’re looking for great people who have a passion for building something incredible from the ground up - before product market fit at an early-stage YC and venture-backed startup.
Excited about generative AI, search and LLMs as UX
Back-end or full stack dev with AI + ML experience
Familiarity with Generative AI/LLMs, NLP, model training and fine-tuning, prompt engineering
Self motivated and driven, low-ego, likes sci-fi
Strong product sense and likes talking with users
Strong remote work and communication skills
Comfortable working as part of a small fast-moving team
Overlap with US hours and able to meet in person semi-regularly (quarterly)

We think that the future of search is an AI assistant who answers your questions directly and can perform tasks on your behalf. We’re building Jarvis from Iron Man. It’s pretty exciting and we’d love you to be a part of it.
Stage 1 - Initial Screening
Informal call with the CEO to get to know you and share more about the role and for you to evaluate whether it’s a good fit.
Stage 2 - Technical Screening
We’ll share a small task with the shortlisted candidates post the Initial Screening. The objective is to assess the technical skills.
Stage 3 - Interview
Once you submit the task, we’ll schedule an interview with the CTO to dive deeper into your technical abilities, product thinking, and overall fit.
Stage 4 - Contract-to-Hire
Yay! If you make it this far - We will be working on a 4-6 weeks paid contractual project to evaluate if there’s a fit from both sides. If things go well, we’ll be issuing a full-time offer to join Andi!
