Senior Engineering Manager
About the role
About the role:
As an Engineering Manager you will help deliver our mission to build delightful app experience in a B2B Financial OS.
What will you be doing?
● Organise and manage teams to deliver exceptional products
● Build with the team culture of diversity and excellence
● Manage careers and professional growth of engineers
● Proactively improve hiring & onboarding process
● Set & communicate direction for your teams
We would love to get to know you if you have the following:
● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
● Equivalent experience or a degree in Computer Science
● 3 years of experience leading software engineering teams, with exposure to their organizational, personal and technical problems ● Managed at least 15-20 people (>= 3 teams)
Nice to have:
● Experience with hiring, recruiting and onboarding
● Practical experience as a Scrum Master or Software Engineer
● Experience in scaling engineering teams or experience working on teams 100+ engineers
● Coding knowledge and understanding
