Fullstack Engineer

About the Role Our team is looking for a software engineer to work on and help build our revenue cycle management product. What You’ll Do

• Build end-to-end products to improve the revenue cycle management process (medical billing infrastructure) for providers
• Be a part of a tremendously fast-paced team that celebrates fast execution and decisions
• Work across the entire software stack
• Work with a stack that includes Python, Javascript, React Native, Flask, Postgres, and Kubernetes

What You Have

• 3+ years of industry experience as a Software Engineer/Software Developer
• [Preferred] Strong Programming Skills, must be comfortable coding in Python
• [Preferred] Familiarity with Frontend JS technologies (Node.JS etc)
• [Preferred] Experience in environments where you have to ship quickly. We move fast.
• Basic Understanding of Containers and Cloud (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Excitement to work at a high impact field with a builder attitude!

This role will be a full-stack engineering role, so please make sure you are comfortable coding backend and frontend.

1. Initial Recruiter Interview: General informational interview
2. 45-Minute Technical Interview: ~30 minutes for practical non-leetcode Python coding task + ~15 minutes general discussion. Please have your Python dev environment (IDE) set up prior to the interview and make sure you are able to write, run, and debug code via screenshare.
3. 2-hour Full-Stack Virtual On-Site Interview: This will involve coding a simple full-stack web application. We expect a full-stack environment and webserver to be set up completely on your computer. Examples include: Flask, Django, React, Node, etc. We will ask that you implement a full-stack solution that has both backend and frontend components. If the full-stack environment on your computer is not set up, we will not be able to continue with the interview.
4. Reference Checks: 3 references, at least one supervisor (or ex-supervisor) and two out of the three professional.
5. Offer stage.
