Video Content Marketer [Short form + Long Form]

You are a good fit only if you:

• Have previously made and edited video [short form + long form]
• Read about startups/venture capital and cool technology
• Can be independently KPI driven in a small team (you can keep track of your progress and don't wait on anyone to hand over work to you)

You will be joining a team that is:

• On a mission to make Venture Capital accessible to all
• Well funded by top silicon valley investor
• Small and focused

Your tasks will be:

• Growing our brand using video on YT Shorts / Tiktok / Twitter
• Attracting attention to our long form content on Substack
• Analyze competitors and maintain our video content calendar

• Write a short note on your experience (IMPORTANT: Metrics of past content created or samples)

• 15 min intro call over WhatsApp:This stage is a more informal call to get to know more about the role, and for you to evaluate whether it’s a good fit for you. We are looking for people with a strong interest in startups and motivation to help them; this is usually exhibited by past experience working at or starting one yourself.

• 1hr formal Interview (Results in 24-48 hrs) The interview process is a deeper dive into technical abilities, creative thinking and overall fit. For the “fit” portion, we are again looking for ownership and autonomy, but we also dig deeper into communication. This is evaluated throughout the process -- in how you communicate your approach, solutions and overall thinking.
