The Role

Our company is growing fast! We have tripled revenue in the last six months and our company size has more than quadrupled. We are looking to add a seasoned Senior Sales Executive to the team that wants to be part of the excitement as we continue to scale. 

In this role, you will:

  1. You will own the full sales cycle from lead to close
  2. Achieve and exceed sales quota through outbound sales efforts
  3. Establish lasting relationships with senior executives and decision-makers
  4. You will foster new relationships for Bankjoy through outbound efforts
  5. You navigate key decision makers to build Bankjoy awareness within organizations
  6. You will collaborate and work with different members of the Accounts team (Support Manager, Customer Success 7. Manager, Leadership, etc.) to build strategic adoption plans for customers
  7. You will prepare and educate customers on new features and releases
  8. Provide recommendations based on customer's business needs and usage patterns
  9. You will conduct periodic customer health-checks with an emphasis on customer happiness
  10. You will serve as the voice of the customer and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement across all areas including product

What you bring:

  1. 6+ years of Enterprise Account Executive experience
  2. Relevant sales experience, preferably in a SaaS and Fintech organization
  3. Experience managing a pipeline and closing large contracts
  4. Excellent communication skills both with customers and within an organization
  5. Shown negotiation and closing skills
  6. Consistent track record of navigating within large and mid-market organizations
  7. Ability to develop senior level relationships quickly and effectively
  8. Experience presenting to senior managers and the C-suite
  9. Ability to handle multiple opportunities simultaneously at various stages of the buying process
  10. Takes an active interest in increasing customer satisfaction and deepening customer relationships
  11. Experience with enterprise SaaS and Fintech vendors preferred
  12. Bachelor's degree required
  13. Some travel required
