Responsibilities:

Creating test plans for products, and features and identify issues and deficiencies
Determining quality metrics for all manufacturing procedures and working with all stakeholders to ensure that the quality metrics is reviewed, closed and agreed upon
Developing standards, methods, and procedures to determine product quality
Working with product, design, and engineering teams to ensure meeting customer requirements
Monitoring the entire production cycle and reporting on malfunctions
Defining and advising on test scope, approach, risks and assumptions across DevOps and agile testing
Set Quality standards for the teams in various new testing technologies in the industry. This may include finding new strategies for automation testing and day to day work processes like agile and scrum

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in software testing for mobile and web applications
Experience in leading teams
Experience in database testing (PSQL, MySQL)
Understanding of Product Life Cycle, including Agile, SCRUM, software development methods, system design and implementation
Experience with bug tracking tools
Knowledge in API Testing using REST, Postman, etc
Experience in Mobile Testing and Automation (Android & iOS)
Strong team building and people management skills are a must
