About the role

bipi is a free, easy-to-use POS app for cornerstores in Indonesia. We help merchants track sales, and run in-store campaigns to promote FMCG products.

We are growing a team that is dynamic, driven and inclusive. We are currently scaling up our marketing efforts to enable rapid growth of user base in the coming months, come join us during this exciting time!

How can you contribute?

  1. Campaign design & management
  • Develop digital marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Keep track of data and analyse performance of paid ads and campaigns
  • Develop A/B testing to optimize digital marketing performance
  1. Creatives & content development
  • Storyline, plan and manage publishing of content on social media, website, and ads
  • Develop ideas for communicating of value proposition for our core users
  • Guide and provide content, such as images, video, copywriting and company voice
  • React creatively to user feedback and company strategy

What are we looking for?

  • Based in Indonesia
  • Fluent in English and have a working knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia, and communicates effectively
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and high degree of organisation skills
  • Familiar with advertising platform(s) (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager)
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop / Adobe Illustrator / Canva / Wix
  • Knowledge in optimising website SEO is a bonus
  • Available to start immediately

Bipi is a free, easy-to-use POS app for cornerstores in Indonesia. Cornerstores simply scan barcodes to instantly access products & prices, track sales and manage their stores. We facilitate promotions for FMCG brands in our stores, boosting sales by 10-60%.

Our founding team has worked with large brands like Coca-Cola, Mondelez and AB Inbev, where we learned that brands spend 20% of revenues on promotions, making it a $3B opportunity in Southeast Asia.
