Role and Responsibilities

Own end-to-end development and deployment of business-critical features including but limited to database design, backend development, API integrations, security, monitoring, and alerting Collaborate with product, operations and design to build new features and grow the business Continuously enhance your skills and share your expertise to improve Blee's engineering standards Suggest improvements and build processes to help automate and scale operations

About You

4+ years of experience designing and building backend engineering systems at scale A systems-oriented problem solver with a passion for improving engineering efficiency Appreciate giving and receiving constructive feedback both internally and with partners Adaptable to new languages and tools. We use Python, React, Postgres, and GCP. Prior experience with these technologies is not required A team player who takes ownership and has a long-term mindset
