About the role

How We’re Different

  • You’ll work directly with the founders and have the opportunity to influence our sales and product strategy

What Your Day Would Look Like

  • Lead sourcing and initial outreach efforts to executives and C-level prospects
  • Schedule discovery meetings for founders and prospects
  • Acquire and maintain working knowledge of Blue Onion Labs solutions to become a trusted advisor to prospects
  • Identify the needs and challenges of prospective customers and communicate those to our product team

What We Look For

  • Take ownership for your work, are constantly looking to learn and have “get it done” attitude
  • Great relationship builder with excellent communication and listening skills
  • Interested in both the quantitative and qualitative aspects of sales strategy
  • Authorized to work in the US
  • 1-3 years of experience, post-graduation
  • Bonus points if you have a finance or accounting background
