Test, monitor, and improve your voice and chat AI agents
Bluejay is building the simulation, evaluation, and observability layer for voice + text AI agents.
We work with Fortune 500s, multinational corporations, and high-growth startups to ensure their AI agents actually perform as intended in production. We raised a $4M seed backed by Floodgate, Peak XV, and YC.
Now we're looking for a cracked GTM engineer to treat go-to-market like an engineering problem. We don't want someone to "run a sequence tool." We want someone who builds the automated systems—lead gen, enrichment, scoring, AI-native workflows—that make every rep on the team a force multiplier.
You'll build and own the machinery behind pipeline: the data, the automations, the AI-native workflows, and the tooling that makes outbound and revenue scale.
Build the GTM Engine
Own the Data & Tooling
Force-Multiply the Team
This is a founding-level ownership role, not a "manage the tools" seat. You're building the systems the whole revenue org runs on.
We're looking for a hustler who builds—part operator, part engineer. Titles matter less than what you've shipped.

This is for someone who wants to engineer how Bluejay grows.
If you want to engineer the growth systems behind the infrastructure powering AI agents at the largest companies in the world…
Let's talk.
Round 1 — Intro Call (15 minutes) You'll talk directly with the CEO. Tell us why you think you'll succeed at Bluejay, ask us why you should join, and get a feel for the role, the company, and how we work.
Round 2 — Take-Home Exercise (a few hours, on your own time) We'll give you a real Bluejay GTM problem and ask you to build a solution. You might design (or actually build) an automated outbound system for a target segment, a lead enrichment and scoring workflow, an AI-powered personalization pipeline, or a way to instrument the funnel. Show us the architecture and, where you can, working pieces. Keep it to a few focused hours—we care less about polish and more about how you build, automate, and think about leverage. It's paid, and we'll send a clear, bounded prompt so you're not guessing at scope.
Round 3 — Take-Home Review + Live Jam (30 minutes) We'll walk through what you built—why you chose those tools, where it breaks, how you'd scale it—then jam live on a different systems problem: maybe untangle a real funnel bottleneck or design a workflow on the spot. We want to see how you think out loud and reason through tradeoffs in real time.
Round 4 — Team Meetup (30 minutes) Meet the team and see whether Bluejay feels like the right place for you—and whether you feel like the right addition to the team. We might dig into a system you've built before, debate the right GTM stack, talk through how you'd give our reps leverage, or just get a feel for how you'd work alongside everyone. The goal is a meaningful conversation and a real sense of what it would be like to work together.
Final Step — References and Offer If there's a strong mutual fit, we'll speak with a few references and move quickly to an offer.
Bluejay is the simulation, evaluation, and observability platform for voice AI.
Faraz and Rohan, former engineers at Microsoft and AWS founded the company.
In just one year since inception, Google, Doordash, public healthcare companies, public banks, most drive-through fast food chains, and corporations across 5 continents now use Bluejay to understand and improve their Voice AI agents.
We raised a 4m seed backed by Floodgate, PeakXV, and YC in 2025, and have been comfortably supporting ourselves through our growth and seven-figure revenue ever since. We handle millions of calls a month, presenting challenging product and engineering problems to sustain real-time simulated conversations and production monitoring at scale.
At Bluejay, we believe that every company in the world with a publicly facing phone number will be using a voice agent in the next 4 years. We are here to build reliable evals to make sure voice agents can succeed when talking to real customers.
