Growth Marketing Lead (B2C Performance Marketing)

Our mobile app offers a premium digital coaching experience with video lessons from Hollywood accent coaches, and AI-powered feedback as you speak. Since launching 2 years ago, BoldVoice has exceeded 1 million downloads, has won awards from the App Store, and has been featured on Forbes, TechCrunch feature, as a LinkedIn Learning recommended tool, and as one of the Top 20 EdTech startups in the world.

🚀 Role

As a Growth Marketing Lead, you will work hand-in-hand with the CEO to lead performance marketing growth and optimize every part of the user acquisition journey. This role is perfectly suited for an action-biased, creative and data-driven person who thrives in environments of high ownership.

What you'll do:

• Lead performance marketing efforts on Meta, Google, and other paid social channels, owning an annual 7-figure acquisition budget to drive free trials and ultimately paid subscribers.
• Ideate and execute creative assets, including static, video, and landing pages, in collaboration with UGC creators and our UX/UI designer.
• Ideate, prioritize, and execute A/B tests across the growth funnel: from acquisition to conversion to retention.
• Optimize other user acquisition channels including email marketing, SEO, and influencer.
• Manage the growth roadmap and KPIs, reporting directly to the CEO.

🦄 Who you are

• Skilled performance marketer: Meta, YouTube, and Search ad platforms are your bread and butter, and you've scaled large budgets on these platforms before
• Experienced with mobile app growth: You know all about tracking, measurement, and attribution in mobile
• Hands-on: you get into the weeds and obsess over the details of every campaign
• Analytical: you know that growth is all about numbers, and you know your way around spreadsheets and analytics tools (such as Mixpanel) to analyze and improve performance.
• Experimentation mindset: you’re constantly ideating and executing optimizations and tests to unlock better performance
• Creative: not only when it comes to ad copy/visuals, but also in exploring non-traditional avenues for early-stage growth
• Scrappy: you can accomplish a lot quickly, independently, and cost-efficiently.
• Humble: you can roll up your sleeves and pitch in for any task, big or small, that will push the company forward.
• Based in New York (or willing to relocate): you're able to work with us in person at our awesome office in Noho, Manhattan.
