QA Tester

We are seeking a talented QA Tester who is a “tester at heart” to join our growing team. As a member of our Engineering team, you will work with us to validate our products (mostly manual but also automated) to ensure that we deliver a delightful experience to our doctors around the world. This position requires a candidate with a passion for taking software testing to the next level across a variety of platforms including mobile and web. In this role, you will be establishing and maintaining quality standards across our products while helping to build a modern testing framework that scales with our growth. Responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive test cases and scenarios for web/mobile applications
• Perform thorough exploratory testing to uncover edge cases and potential issues
• Create and maintain detailed test documentation, including test plans and reports
• Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to understand features, identify potential quality risks & define Acceptance Criteria
• Manage and track bugs through their lifecycle using Jira
• Identify opportunities for test automation and implement automated test scripts
  
  Required Skills
• 2+ years of experience in manual/automated software testing
• Experience with test case design techniques and testing methodologies
• Experience with Bug Tracking tools like Jira and BDD Tools like Cucumber Studio
• Intermediate programming skills in at least one language (e.g. Python, JavaScript...)
• Basic understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, GraphQL APIs
• Willingness to drive the transition from manual to automated testing processes
