Your Responsibilities:
- Develop strategy for different product verticals along with the KPIs. Collaborate and develop a 3-6 month long product roadmap which is backed by qualitative and quantitative research.
- Provide product requirements to the engineering team in terms of features and user stories. Focus on requirements from a why and what perspective, allowing design and engineering teams the flexibility to decide on how to implement
- You will be spending a lot of time interacting with customers and other stakeholders. You need to have empathy towards customers and ability to communicate with them
- Build consensus across stakeholders – Customer/Customer Success, GTM, development clearly articulating the product decisions and choices
- Executing with speed would be important. In a high growth startup we need someone who can get things done at a fast pace.
- Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding for both internal & external stakeholders

What makes you a good fit :
- First Principle thinker. Curious Mind. User-focused - always eager to spend time with potential users to understand their problems, requirements and needs
- Must have 2-3 years experience as a Product Manager for B2B (SaaS preferred) with ownership from concept to launch
- Experience addressing concerns around product adoption
- Comfortable conducting customer interviews remotely and in person and deep empathy with customer workflows & pain points
- Working knowledge of lean methodology, agile & iterative development
- Ability to take pressure coming from multiple stakeholders. Experience driving solutions by working with developers, QA, along with other internal & external stakeholder
