About us: We are on a mission to help 30 million+ D2C brands and SMBs with automated sales and user acquisition on WhatsApp in India.

About you: The Growth Marketing is one of the senior leaders of the company, working closely with the founders/advisors (ex-CMOs of unicorns/SaaS startups) to drive the future-oriented vision and plans.

Your growth:

  1. You’ll experience Series A in 18-months and become the VP Marketing.
  2. You’ll see a 25-people team becoming a 100-people and will grab the rarest opportunity to be in the room where company’s decisions are planned with founders, product and marketing leaders.
  3. You’ll love working with super-strong technical, design and product teams, and fall in love with technology first approach to solve large scale business problems.
  4. You will be rewarded with a competitive offer on cash and stocks

Your role while working with the founders will be to:

  • Lead acquisition, close affiliate partnerships and data tracking/analytics
  • Creating and driving brand awareness, marketing activities, and conversion campaigns that resonate with all relevant audiences
  • Performance marketing - User Acquisition, CAC, Payback Period, Returns on Ad Spend
  • Brand campaigns with various community building activities, podcasts, conferences, press releases and celebrities/influencers across the Digital Media.
  • Product Features - Influence product team with product shareability and referral ideas
  • Own business metrics and drive revenue growth

Preferred experience:

2-3+ years of having hands-on monitoring of performance marketing and revenue driven strategies preferably in B2B SaaS start-ups
