The Role

Customer feedback drives our roadmap and comes from many places. We’re looking for someone to join our team to help gather, scope and communicate product requirements and priorities to both customers and internal teams.

You might be a great fit if you are:

  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Have a keen eye for solutions and finding workarounds to problems
  • Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
  • Strong product sense. We’re looking for a product expert who will deeply understand the granularities of a complex product
  • Detailed understanding of customer requirements. We’re looking for someone who will ascertain why customers are making requests.


  • Gather and collect customer feedback from customers, account managers, and the sales team for specific product requests
  • Interface with the product, engineering, and design on where a product request is in the development process, and communicate to customers and internal teams
  • Own and manage customer-facing product request trackers to be updated with product requests, priority, completions, progress, and dates
  • Report to our Product Manager and collaborate on all product-related requests in regard to feasibility and realistic completion
  • Work with sales to create a product tracker to document initial product requests, product commitments during the sales process, a timeline of expectations discussed, and continuously update documents throughout the lifecycle of a customer with Canix
  • Join presales conversations to understand customer’s requirements, support sales demos, and present mocks for new features
  • Review product requests and keep product feedback tool up to date
  • Communicate product release announcements to customers through email and product feedback tool.
  • Assist in creating product documentation for new features
  • Occasional travel to customers (2-4x a year)

Experience and Requirements

  • Excellent customer-facing communication skills
  • Prior customer-facing and cross-functional team experience with SaaS products
  • Capacity to get technical, product-minded — you pick up new technology quickly and love learning how things work.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; you can translate complex information so it's accessible to anyone.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced and low-context environment.
  • Experience working in the cannabis industry is a plus, but not necessary.
