CareRev, a 100% remote company, is bringing the future of work to Healthcare. We are developing a robust marketplace that connects trusted Healthcare professionals to relevant per diem shift opportunities. We are working to change the traditional relationship between Healthcare professionals and Healthcare facilities alike, aiming to build a future that ensures people who work in Healthcare have better tools and are empowered to be the healers they want to be.

The CareRev Team is growing! We’re excited to engage an experienced Talent Acquisition (TA) Coordinator for the first time. We’re looking for someone who is extremely organized, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys building out processes from the ground up.

What You'll Do:

Build out your new role supporting the TA department, while directly impacting our company growth Contribute feedback and ideas to provide a BEST IN CLASS recruiting function, candidate and hiring manager experience Support our internal recruiters by posting jobs, scheduling interviews, creating offer letters and monitoring background checks
Provide operational and administrative support for our team, Applicant Tracking System and other recruitment tools and technologies Assist with department and company projects
Support department reporting and audit functions as needed
Support other People Operations functions as needed BRING YOUR AWESOMENESS to a fun, high energy team What We're Looking For:

1-2 years of Talent Acquisition and/or HR support experience Self-motivation and team-centric mindset Passion and drive for continuous learning and improvement Experience with Greenhouse, our ATS, is preferred Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-tasks A Few Reasons to Consider Us:
