What you’ll do

• As a solutions engineer you’ll be the technical cornerstone throughout the entire sales process - pre and post sales
• Help customers with design and architecture of Proofs of Concept and Demos that align with the customer’s technical and business requirements
• Walk our customers through how Cinder is deployed and the best way to activate Cinder on a technical level
• Work closely with client engineering teams to prioritize improvements and new features to keep our existing product offerings sharp and relevant
• Work closely with product designers and investigations experts to craft a consumer-grade experience for our customers

About you

• 2+ years of experience as a software, security, or solutions engineer - or similar
• Solid understanding of Integration, Cloud technologies, CI/CD, and Security concepts
• Comfort with ambiguity and an ability to take initiative
• You love talking to users and understanding their problems and needs
• Demonstrable experience prioritizing complex features and advocating for your point of view
• You know how the internet can be abused and have thought through ways it can be prevented
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills

Some nice-to-haves

• You’ve spent time in a client-facing role—experience working with customers is a big plus
• Experience in a start-up or building 0 to 1 products and bringing them to market
• Experience working for a social media, marketplace, or media company with knowledge of how attackers can abuse these systems
• Previous experience selling into large enterprises
