Ross holds a BA in Economics and East Asian Studies from Brown University.
Richard is CEO at Ciro. Previously, he was COO at BuildZoom (W13), one of the world's largest marketplaces for remodeling and construction, and a consultant at Bain & Company. He graduated with a degree in Applied Mathematics & Economics from Brown University, and currently is on leave from Stanford's Graduate School of Business.
David is CTO at Ciro. Before starting Ciro, he was a product manager for the Kotlin programming language at Google. Before that, he worked as a software engineer and product manager at various startups and as a management consultant at Bain & Co. He has a bachelor's degree in Applied Math from Brown University, a Master's in Electrical Engineering & Computer Science from Berkeley, and an MBA from Stanford.

Why We Built Ciro
Like many YC companies, Ciro’s customers operate on lean budgets but expect high quality output from their sales teams. The only way to bridge that gap is to arm them with great tools. We saw a few common problems:
