Claim Health is building the first fully autonomous billing company for at-home care. We use AI agents, voice workflows, and browser automation to handle the entire revenue cycle - from documentation to denials to payment - without armies of billers.
We launched just a few months ago and are already at $XXXk+ ARR, with paying customers and real traction. We’ve recovered 5-figures in revenue leakage in a single day for agencies and reduced billing cycles from 3 days to 3 hours. Now we’re growing the team to scale it all.
This role is effectively another CTO. You will be a co-owner of the technical roadmap and will be with tasked with building a full-stack “services” company that employs AI agents.
The day-to-day
As a founding engineer, you’ll work directly with the co-founders to:
- Design, build, and ship end-to-end features across the stack
- Develop agentic systems that interact with EMRs, payor portals, and internal tools
- Work with LLMs and voice models to automate real-world workflows
- Scale infrastructure that moves real dollars for real healthcare providers
- Shape engineering culture, tooling, and hiring from the ground up
You will be constantly learning from users; in fact, we spend a week with our customers onsite and will continue to do this for the foreseeable future. You will build strong relationships with our customers.
