Product Manager

What You'll Do:

• Lead the ideation, roadmapping, and delivery of transformative products and features spanning telehealth, e-pharmacy and private label skin & hair products
• Deeply understand our users' needs and pain points to inform product strategy and priorities
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and clinical teams to bring your ideas to life
• Analyze user data and feedback to continuously optimize the Clinikally platform
• Champion a culture of user-centricity, agility, and calculated risk-taking
• Expand Clinikally's suite of platform offerings to serve an ever-growing customer base
• Drive the development of custom AI/ML models for dermatological analysis and personalized skin care recommendations
• Architect Clinikally's technology infrastructure to support exponential user and data growth

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of proven success as a Product Manager, ideally in the healthcare, e-commerce, or telehealth space
• Passion for blending technology, design, and healthcare to create delightful user experiences
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to navigate complex challenges
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to translate requirements for engineering teams
• Entrepreneurial spirit and comfort operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Some experience with AI/ML applications in digital health or e-commerce
• Understanding of large-scale, high-throughput platform architecture
