At Clipboard Health (YC W17) we work with healthcare facilities such as hospitals, assisted living facilities, and rehab centers to provide on-demand nursing staff. We are looking for an experienced UX/UI Designer to join our product and engineering team. In this role you will be living and breathing our product; you’ll be using your visual design as well as user experience skills to define how our product looks and feels, how each piece interacts with each other, and how to create a magical customer experience.

Your responsibilities:

Own the UI/UX of our products Break down complex ideas into simple, elegant and user-centric solutions Own our brand imaging and messaging Create intuitive, seamless and delightful experiences for our customers

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS in Design or related field
  • 5+ years experience working in a design role
  • Experience with Graphic Design tools (Adobe Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, Sketch)
  • Ability to be self-directed, self-motivated, organized and disciplined
  • Flexible and agile
  • Strong understanding of mobile + web best practices
