At Clipboard Health (YC W17) we work with healthcare facilities such as hospitals, assisted living facilities, and rehab centers to provide on-demand nursing staff. Our mission is to enable healthcare professionals to work when they want, and where they want, and to enable healthcare facilities to get staff when they need it. Clipboard Health is looking for an enthusiastic HR Administrator with at least 5 years of previous HR-related or people operations experience, preferably at a fast- growing startup. About The Role The role of HR Administrator will consist primarily of completing audits, quality assurance and assisting the rest of the HR team with special projects. This role is great for someone looking to expand their knowledge, and work with team members both in the US and outside of the US. Whether you want to sharpen your existing skill set or have the opportunity to work in a new area of HR, we have the growth and development opportunities available. Responsibilities Include: -Document retention and quarterly audit of all personnel files -Monthly security audit to ensure correct system access for all active and inactive team members -Serves as quality assurance and audit function for the Human Resources department -Data analytics -Contribute to quarterly Human Resources objectives and key results -Oversees compliance training -Assist on various HR-related projects -Interacting and collaborating with personnel from other departments to ensure quarterly overall company objectives and key results are met -Driving solutions that improve the team member experience and ensure we retain high-performing individuals

What Success Looks Like 3 months in: You have a full understanding of our business operations and how we serve the healthcare community. You also have a full understanding of how each team and role at Clipboard Health operates and interacts with each other. You are continuing to learn each of our systems and platforms, and are working on building a deeper knowledge of analytics that can be used to better identify areas of improvement and opportunity. You are settling into your role and working well with your teammates to ensure we are achieving our quarterly goals and objectives.

6 months in: You are serving as a full member of the HR team, owning your own initiatives and objectives and fully operating in the audit function. You are not only completing your regular audits, but looking for new information that provides valuable insights on a regular basis. You are getting more involved in other areas of HR and the backbone of the HR team. You bring your own opinions and solutions to the table, and work with the rest of the team to continue to make an impact on the organization as we grow.

Need to Have: -At least 5 years of HR-related and/or people operations experience -Strong sense of ownership, accountability and initiative -Proficient with Microsoft products like Word, Excel and Slides -Comfortable working with various types of technology -Resourceful, organized and solution-oriented -High standards and strong attention to detail

Nice to Have: -Experience working cross-culturally and with diverse, global teams -Management experience -HR Certification like SPHR or equivalent

Salary and Schedule $1500-$3000 USD/month Salary is based on experience and location Must be able to work 9 am- 5 pm PST
