About the Role

You would be joining the Strategy and Operations arm of our Product organization. Our product today manages millions of dollars of invoices & pays thousands of participants on both sides of the market. But, we have only scratched the surface in the space of products and experiences we could build, and need your help.

We are looking for an outstanding Strategy and Operations Team Member who will work at the nexus of operation and analytics while working across the org to drive our business forward. You'll be insanely curious, uncover opportunities to improve the operation of our marketplace and deploy your sharp analytical mindset on high-impact projects.

About the interview

There are a total of five steps: A case study, an interview with a senior member of our team, or our Head of Strategy & Operations, a Working Backwards Document project, an interview with our Head of Strategy & Operations, and finally an interview with our President, Bo Lu.

  • Once the case study is submitted, a senior team member will review your work (this takes as long as 5 business days).
  • After your case study is approved, we will schedule a 30-45 minute video call between you and our hiring manager focusing on your past projects, success metrics used, follow-up questions related to the case study, etc.
  • Next, we ask you to complete a Working Backwards Document (WBD). It's a watered-down version of what our Strategy & Operations team does regularly.
  • After your WBD is approved, we will schedule a 45-60 minute video call between you and our Head of Strategy & Operations.
  • Finally, your interview with Bo is scheduled after the hiring manager interview and is generally a 20-30 minute video call. This is your opportunity to ask questions, share your thoughts about your experience so far, and share what you’ve learned about Clipboard Health.

At Clipboard Health (YC W17) we work with healthcare facilities such as hospitals, assisted living facilities, and rehab centers to provide on-demand nursing staff. We are a fully remote team that is humble and hardworking. We think this is the best way to improve a ton of lives. Nurses will have better schedules and shorter commutes, and patients will receive better care.
