Over the last two years, we built an AI video editor for product videos. Along the way, after working with 1,000+ SaaS companies, we realized editing wasn’t the only bottleneck.

The hard part was understanding what changed in the product, figuring out what to show in the demo, recording it cleanly, and keeping an entire video library up to date as the product evolved.
