Role

This isn’t your typical BDR job. We’re looking for a cold-calling machine — someone who live for dialing, pitching, and closing demos
Our current BDR booked 80 SQL demos in the first two months alone.
The demand is real — now we need another beast to take it to the next level.

What You'll Do

Week 1

• Learn the product, ICP, pricing, and how we do cold calls
• Book your first demo

Month 1

• Book 20+ qualified demos through cold calls + emails
• Track results, run experiments, and iterate fast

Month 1+

• Scale to 30+ demos/month
• Build strong prospect relationships
• Help us define a repeatable, scalable outbound engine

Core Responsibilities

• 80% Cold Calling + Prospecting: List building, prospecting, calling, and hustling across channels
• 20% Sales Ops: Keep CRM sharp, refine processes, and create content that speaks to devs
