About the role

As one of our first engineering hires, you’ll have an extremely high degree of autonomy and agency at Codes. You’ll own projects from start to finish, designing the requirements and implementing the solution with customers.

What you’ll be doing:

Building core features on the Codes Health platform used by our customers
Developing internal tools that scale our ops
Supporting customer relationships and rapidly iterating on feedback

Ideal Experience

Prior experience at an early or fast growing startup
Experience with both frontend and backend technologies
Experience working with LLMs

About Codes Health

At Codes Health, we’re building a new gateway to collecting and understanding medical data. We work directly with patients to understand their medical history, automatically request records from their past providers and apply AI to extract relevant insights for the requestor. This has far reaching applications for requestors of records in Healthcare, Legal and Insurance industries.
