Your opportunity

Join our tight-knit early-stage distributed team that thrives on interesting technical challenges and building magical products that improve people's lives. As our Head of Marketing, you will be directly responsible for accelerating CoinTracker’s user growth through brand awareness, content marketing, social media, public relations and events. You will also be in charge of building and leading CoinTracker’s Marketing team.

You will

• Hire and lead the Marketing team to make CoinTracker the strongest brand in the cryptocurrency space

• Manage product launches (new exchanges, new features, new partnerships) across all organic channels

• Drive new user registrations by marketing country launches and partner integrations

• Ship blog posts and emails to grow distribution

• Grow CoinTracker’s social media presence across Twitter, Meta, Reddit

• Experiment with new awareness channels for CoinTracker (e.g. influencers, podcasts)

• 10+ years of experience in Brand Marketing and Product Marketing

• Experience building the brand of an early-stage beloved product, including providing valuable insights into the customer needs. Proven ability to build a strong narrative.

• Experience managing a team of high-performing Marketers

• Experience scaling a company from 10s of people to 100s

• Genuine interest in cryptocurrency and personal finance

• Work effectively in a remote setting and able to overlap with our core hours of 9 AM to 12 PM PT

We have minimal process, and the majority of our time is spent working and collaborating asynchronously through tools like Figma, Linear, Notion, Slack, Zoom.
