Your mission:

Build and lead the Core Platform engineering team powering CoinTracker. Build a world-class technology stack that's highly accurate, reliable, and scalable to enable CoinTracker to deliver a must-have portfolio & tax manager for every cryptocurrency user.

1-year outcomes

• 15 engineers hired and onboarded

• Launched architecture to support 10 million+ users

• 99.9% uptime with minimal production incidents

• Set up scalable and transparent engineering processes

You will

• Build the best platform team in the cryptocurrency space

• Architect our core platform for 10x growth

• Manage and optimize our infrastructure spend

• Contribute to a high performing engineering culture

• Report directly to our Head of Engineering, Gaurav Garg
