We're looking for a Director of High-Velocity Sales who is excited to take our product to the next level!
Your mission on the team: You'll be the strategic captain of our high-velocity B2C sales machine. You will manage sales goals and day-to-day operations on the consumer side and continue to expand the international team.
Your tasks include: Owning lead conversion and quality rates + cost efficiency Standing up and experimenting with new playbooks, processes, and automation to increase overall lead conversion rate Motivate, coach, and mentor sales agents Implement and monitor individual sales targets that align with overall sales team objectives Manage day-to-day functions of call center metrics and sales team KPIs Manage team growth through the development, training and coaching of the sales team Maintain employee engagement Maintain and adjust sales training to exceed customer expectations and maximize first-call conversions Serve as the subject matter expert Managing the call queues, wait times, and call-back response times Analyze call, ticket, and chat data and prepare reports as requested Employee Scheduling Provide performance feedback and performance evaluations routinely Enforcing, maintaining, and improving SOPs
We are looking for a candidate obsessed with delivering the most customer-centric experience on the planet, showing proven success in leadership, a bias for action, and extensive experience managing the day-to-day of sales representatives in a high-velocity environment.
5+ years of leadership experience in a B2C inbound sales environment Eagerness to build actionable sales reports Experience managing the work of 12+ salespeople underneath you

We prefer to move quickly. This role and our company is 100% remote (as is the hiring process.) All interviews are conducted over Google Meet.
The first step is an initial 30 minute screening call with our recruiter. The next stage includes both an interview with a senior team member (typically 45 minutes), as well as an interview with our senior sales staff.
The final stage is a series of meetings that are conducted over a virtual on-site. Our last step is the reference check before you join our team!
