Lead the end-to-end orchestration of targeted, multi-channel campaigns that create engagement and guide our best prospects through their learning and buyer journey
Effectively collaborate with Convictional’s sales teams to coordinate outbound sales motions with marketing led motions
Build systems with our Biz Ops team to identify intent, nurture accounts, and report on success metrics.

Be responsible for marketing influenced and sourced demand generation
You are an ambitious, high energy marketer who thrives in a high performance, high accountability environment
You care about the customer and this customer empathy has driven you to build your best marketing campaigns to date
You are opinionated about marketing: your experience and love of learning has informed your own personal playbook for demand generation success.
You are a systems thinker, excellent at experimentation and data analysis so you can learn quickly. You know the right time to automate routine tasks and when to formalize systems that work.
You write well and enjoy it. Persuasive copywriting comes naturally and you enjoy writing internal briefs, documentation and retrospectives.
You are organized, able to coordinate multiple time bound initiatives, across multiple teammates
3+ years experience developing enterprise customer demand in B2B SaaS or related industry
Experience launching ABM motions for the first time, with displayed results in account engagement, pipeline generation and closed accounts.
Experience designing and executing nurture campaigns, in addition to acquisition campaigns.
History effectively working closing with a high performance enterprise sales team, including business development representatives and account executives.
$135,000 - $170,000 salary
$147,125-$228,480 in stock options
Comprehensive benefits, including a Healthcare Spending Account
WFH stipend, learning budget, and corporate cards to ensure you’re never waiting for reimbursement
3 weeks paid vacation + one week shut down at the end of the year
We are only prepared to hire candidates currently living in Canada and the United States and are unable to consider other international applicants.
Our interview process involves a screen, followed by 3 longer team interviews, and finally a founder interview. We will update you as soon as we come to a decision after each round. Details on this process are as follows:
Screen: a 20 minute exploratory interview with the primary hiring manager for the role. This helps us to mutually assess fit and gives you the opportunity to ask any questions you have about Convictional.
Work assignment: most processes will include a 60 minute assignment modeling something you’d be working on in the role. You’ll review this in your team interviews.
Gauntlet: a series of three 40-minute interviews with potential team members. This helps us to assess your strengths, how you work, and learn about your experiences. This will also serve as an introduction to some of your potential team members.
Founder Interview: a 20 minute interview with one of our founders. This will give you the opportunity to ask any lingering questions you have about Convictional.

We look forward to hearing from you!

Our team is entrepreneurial, with a bias for action. We never back down from a spirited debate and believe we are all responsible for exploring the hard questions. We value self-awareness and meaningful impact. We are open to unconventional approaches, and have learned not to judge a book by it’s cover.
Your time is your most valuable resource, so you set your hours. We do not use chat and default to zero meetings. We document everything. We expect you to go to coaching or therapy at least occasionally and adhere to 10% compound time.
