Provide situational coaching and assistance in response to real-time HR needs for the business. Inspire and manage a small HR team, including at least one full-time HR Business Partner. Develop & implement training programs for managers and leaders at Culture.
In return, we will support you by:
Placing a high degree of trust in your ideas and execution. Bringing you up to speed in the domain of biomanufacturing. Providing a low-stress work environment. Making ourselves available for collaboration. Caring about you as a whole person. Support your personal and professional growth.
You’re excited to lead the HR function at a fast-moving start-up. You’re passionate, or at least curious, about how biomanufacturing can make an impact on climate change, human health, food systems, and materials.
