Design & Operations Manager (Dutch Speaking)

About The Job - We’re here to help creators create and builders build. Today, there’s a sizable gap between a designer’s vision and a maker’s creation. Add to that outdated systems and manual processes and you’ve got an industry prime for improvements. We’re looking for a Design & Operations Manager to be the critical conduit between creators and builders. You’ll lead our efforts across the entire project life cycle from refining designs to managing production.

You’ll be managing current workflows while piloting, playbooking and scaling solutions to advance the supply side of our marketplace. You’ll be responsible for establishing the foundational processes and programs that will guide the evolution of the Cutr platform.

About You -

• Background in mechanical engineering / industrial engineering / architecture a big plus
• You are fluent in both English and Dutch, verbal and written.
• You can drive! This job will require you to be on the road - meeting with our customers and suppliers.
• You are independent, flexible, and build process out of ambiguity.
• You're comfortable in a startup environment - managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and getting your hands dirty to get the job done.
• You have a strong analytical approach to problem solving and a data-driven mindset.
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, previous commercial experience preferred.
• Prior experience in related industry is a big plus (manufacturing, engineering, etc).

Our Process

2. Operations interview - You'll talk to someone from our operations team about the product, the industry, and how you work.

3. Work Assignment - We’ll schedule time for a work assignment and members of the team will be available for questions as you go.

4. Team chat - You’ll come meet more of the team and have lots of time to ask questions and get to know each other a bit more.
