Techsupport Intern

About the Role:

We are seeking motivated Tech Support Engineers to join our Bangalore team supporting our US presales team. This role offers excellent growth opportunities for early-career professionals looking to advance in cybersecurity while gaining hands-on experience with cutting-edge technologies.

What You’ll DO:

• Provide technical support to our US presales team during US business hours
• Troubleshoot software issues and assist with bug fixing
• Debug code and resolve production issues in a timely manner
• Document solutions, create knowledge base articles, and contribute to product improvement
• Collaborate with on call engineers from development teams to address customer-reported issues

What You’’ Require:

• Minimum 0-1 year of experience in a technical support or software development role
• Knowledge/experience in Go, PHP, and Python programming languages
• Understanding of REST APIs and micro services architecture
• Experience with Postman for API testing and documentation
• Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
• Exceptional debugging skills and problem-solving abilities
• Interest in cybersecurity and willingness to learn rapidly
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git)
• Basic understanding of containerization tools (Docker)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work US hours (evening/night shift in IST)
• Familiarity with ticket management systems (Jira, ServiceNow)
