About the role

Dapi is a financial technology infrastructure provider that allows businesses to accept and initiate bank transfers at nearly zero fees. We work to remove intermediaries thereby allowing our customers to deliver alternative payment solutions to their end users. We are building a new financial infrastructure that will enable every company to offer their own embedded financial services. Responsibilities:

*Help our clients integrate with our API/SDK or Libraries

*Resolve and triage tickets escalated from Customer Service teams

*Effectively communicate with internal and external customers

*Be able to discuss features, functionality, and integration with various people within an organization

*Investigate, diagnose, and solve system issues via research and testing

*Be comfortable using coding samples and snippets of code to communicate with developer clients

*Learn the Dapi product in-depth to be able to answer product knowledge on the fly

*On-call rotation on Client Support

*Ability to work rotating hours, including weekends and holidays

Requirements

*Ability to master our API's and SDK’s

*Bachelor's degree - technical discipline preferred; OR equivalent experience

*Knowledge of or experience with web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, React, Vue, etc)

*Working knowledge of Python, Node.js, PHP

*Good interpersonal skills (written and oral) and the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of staff levels

*Ability to prioritize and work well under pressure

*Creatively apply our API functionality to support different use-cases

Bonus:

*Experience with working tickets and managing priorities within issue tracking systems (Salesforce, Jira, Zendesk, etc.)

*Experience with front-end web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, React, Vue, etc)

*Experience with backend web technologies (NodeJS, Go, PHP, Java, etc)

*Experience with frontend mobile technologies (Android, iOS, React Native, Flutter)

*Track record in customer service is strongly preferred
