Dapi is a financial technology infrastructure universal real-time banking API that enables bank payments. We work to disintermediate the processing industry and enable cheap electronic payments in the US and beyond.

Dapi is looking for an energetic individual interested to work in the dynamic financial technology sector. The Technical Writer works as part of the Engineering team to create and maintain documentation that efficiently and effectively transfers knowledge to the developer audience.

Job Description:

The Technical Writer works as part of the Engineering team to create and maintain documentation that efficiently and effectively transfers knowledge to the developer audience. The Technical Writer applies technical writing best practices to design, test, and refine documentation that supports our SDK and API products. The candidate will play an important role in improving the customer and developer experience by providing clear, easy-to-understand materials to help developers set up and use our products and services.

The successful candidate is expected to:

Edit and refine developer documentation (e.g SDKs, APIs, …

Adapt to changing business needs and changing industry practices to ensure that Dapi documentation always meets the needs of the business and audience

Research, analyze, organize, design, and develop the presentation of technical information

All other duties as assigned
