Deed is a place where you can maximize your social impact while simultaneously growing as a software engineer, product designer, data analyst, customer success advocate, and valuable startup team member. We work with exciting and innovative companies like Airbnb, Adidas, and Discord, and we are backed by visionary partners including Y-Combinator, Earlybird Ventures (UiPath, N26), and Dara Khosrowshahi.
Making social impact accessible to both people and companies is an urgent challenge with many ways to contribute, and we’re excited to help folks get started, regardless of whether they choose Deed. Our team is a mix of impact experts and newcomers, so feel free to reach out with any questions and we’ll try to help.
The Role: We're looking for a Technical Solutions Engineer to ensure our top customers' systems connect with Deed seamlessly as they go live. This founding member of our Technical Solutions Engineering function will work in a pre-sale, onboarding, and post-sale technical support capacity and will be responsible for building the processes, tools, and playbooks for the organization.
Interview Process: Our goal is to complete your interview process in under 3 weeks; however, we are happy to move at your pace. After the initial phone screen, we would like you to meet with the Engineering Team and Founders and test your technical knowledge. Steps in the process may change depending on the availability of the candidate/hiring team and actual needs.
Deed is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer building and celebrating a diverse and inclusive workforce across the globe. We recognize that diversity of thought and background builds stronger teams. We approach diversity and inclusion seriously and thoughtfully. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.
We build technology that helps people do good deeds. Our first product was an app that makes volunteering easy and social. We then launched our enterprise platform last year designed to help companies engage their employees through social good. Employees can share their time, skills, and money with causes they care about, and employers can manage, track and measure the impact they generate.
