About the role

The backbone of Latin America’s economy consists of SME’s which do not have access to proper financial services and lack the expertise to effectively manage their operations. We are trying to fix this problem. is an early-stage startup whose goal is to create the first digital bank for business, that effectively manages transactions to records as automated as possible. We are to become the go-to platform for operational viability and financial expertise. is backed by reputational VC’s that include Y Combinator, Foundation Capital, Soma Capital, Plug and Play Ventures, Venture Souq, and founders of other YC-backed companies.

As we prepare to grow and further develop our product, we are seeking a passionate individual to be our Customer Success Analyst. We are looking for a talented individual who can create and establish channels and communications with our potential and current clients. This is a full-time position only.

Customer Success Analyst Responsibilities:

Be responsible for the successful onboarding and operation of all prospects, leads, and customers.

Procure customer success tools to better integrate with our systems and capture more data that can indicate gaps in our current process and allow us constant improvements.

Improve and establish communication channels for the effective delivery and success of our services to our customers, putting them above anything else in the company. The role will also be responsible for establishing metrics that will speak to changes in the process to improve overall customer happiness.

Guide and create consumer-centric solutions in all aspects of the platform by constantly understanding our customers' needs and needs from our products.

Foster and maintain close customer relationships by implementing ways that will help us develop personalized relationships with our customers and future partners.

Keep track of social media channels that can improve our overall reach to our customers by creating content and social media posting.

We seek autonomous people willing to work in a fast-paced environment, willing to learn, and interested in making a real difference in the financial sector in Latin America.


  • Have experience in social media management
  • Have previously managed customer service
  • Have created content for Latam market, mainly business topics
  • Have good initiative and autonomous management
  • Has good attention to detail and is a people person
  • Has Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Be a team player
  • Good understanding of typical tools for customer service, CRM, support, etc
