About the role

What if you had the chance to work on something revolutionary? Something that makes the customers so much happier. That's what we're doing at DigitalBrain — we're helping reshape how support agents resolve tickets. DigitalBrain is an external layer on top of existing helpdesks to help support agents get through tickets twice as fast. We're a young immigrant entrepreneur team that's backed by some of the best investors in Silicon Valley like Y Combinator, Moxxie Ventures, Caffeinated Capital, Unshackled Ventures, the founders of Notion, Rappi, Twitch, Pagerduty, Product Hunt, Mercury, and many more. We're looking for people who want to work with a dynamic fast-moving team and shape the roadmap for DigitalBrain.

Here's a Techcrunch piece on us!

Intro

Why this role?

  1. Accelerate your learnings as an operator: our team survived off of hackathon prize money for the initial phases of the company. We've hacked and built products in less than 24 hours, moving fast while accelerating our learning.
  2. We're in the early iterations of the product: we're currently piloting our product with a small select group of companies and learning from them.
  3. Tackle the interesting problems: Our team is small, and everyone wears multiple hats. Jump from operations, product, sales, marketing, and customer success — participating from inception to implementation, working very closely with the CEO.

Who we're looking for

  1. A product-focused operator who truly wants to create delightful experiences.
  2. Someone who wants to help shape the culture of the company and customer interactions.

Why you should join DigitalBrain

DigitalBrain is Superhuman for Customer Support. We are an external layer on top of your existing helpdesk system to help your support agents get through their tickets twice as fast. We help auto-populate responses, give all the context for agents, and automate all the internal tasks that agents have to perform. We're two immigrant founders who lived and survived off hackathon prize money in the Bay Area.

We've raised over $3.4 million and grateful to be backed by Y Combinator, Moxxie Ventures, Caffeinated Capital, Unshackled Ventures, Scribble Ventures, Shrug Capital, Underscore VC, Weekend Fund, Liquid 2 Ventures, Nikhil Basu Trivedi, Yuri Sagalov, Chris Golda, Basement Fund, the founders of Notion, Rappi, Twitch, Thredup, Pagerduty, Sendbird, the COO's of Stitchfix/Rippling, and the former heads of product of Twitter, Instagram, and Uber.
