About the role

We're helping reshape how support agents resolve tickets. DigitalBrain is an external layer on top of existing helpdesks to help support agents get through tickets twice as fast. We're a young immigrant entrepreneur team that's backed by some of the best investors in Silicon Valley like Y Combinator, Moxxie Ventures, Caffeinated Capital, Unshackled Ventures, the founders of Notion, Rappi, Twitch, Pagerduty, Product Hunt, Mercury, and many more. We're looking for people who want to work with a dynamic fast-moving team and shape the roadmap for DigitalBrain.
