Health disclosure and accommodation management platform
📍 Location: Remote or Atlanta, GA
🚀 Come Disclo with us!
Disclo is on a mission to build a workplace that doesn’t discriminate on health and accommodation needs. Today, it's baffling how complicated it is to disclose and ask for accommodations at work. We talked to hundreds of employees and employers who had nightmare stories to tell, and wondered to ourselves why nobody had solved this yet. That’s why, at Disclo, we’re setting out to make disclosing your disability or illness accessible, safe, and hopefully even fun.
As a founding member of our marketing team, you’ll be responsible for creating and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives awareness and adoption of our platform among potential customers. You’ll also be working on:
-Developing and executing a marketing plan that includes tactics such as content marketing, social media, email campaigns, and event marketing -Creating and managing a content calendar to ensure regular, high-quality content is published on our website and social media channels -Running and managing social media and LinkedIn ad campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive website traffic -Collaborating with our sales team to create and execute lead generation campaigns that drive new business -Conducting market research to identify target audiences and develop messaging and positioning that resonates with them -Measuring and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed -Staying up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, and provide insights and recommendations to the team We’re a lean team and all wear different hats as needed, so you'll work on and learn a ton about areas adjacent to marketing — sales, customer success, partnerships, and whatever else you're interested in.
And, most importantly, you'll be building this company with us. We want to work with folks who care deeply about our mission and building a product that has the potential to change the world.
