THE ROLE

We've built a product developers love! Our customer obsession with providing an amazing developer experience extends beyond the boundaries of using our dashboard and CLI to include how we support customers.

This includes both helping them onboard to our platform, as well as guiding them as their requirements evolve over time. It's not just about helping them manage config and secrets, but ensuring they're doing it the right way that increases developer productivity and security.

In this role, you'll support engineering, product, and sales to ensure potential and existing customers are successful in implementing Doppler while driving continuous improvement in our documentation and other educational resources.

You'll be responsible for ensuring customers can successfully adopt Doppler by:

  • Delivering a fast and delightful support experience via our internal systems and public community forum.
  • Ensuring our documentation, tutorials, and other educational resources are high-quality and up to date by contributing updates, feedback, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Supporting enterprise sales through product demonstrations and designing solutions.
  • Packaging customer feedback into actionable improvements for product, developer relations, and growth.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years of frontend and backend application development for a variety of languages, frameworks, and platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of Linux, DevOps, and CI/CD concepts.
  • Experience in deploying applications to a variety of hosting platforms and cloud providers.
  • Experience providing technical support, customer specific problem solving, and designing solutions. Can be for a previous role or open source project.
  • Owning the design and presentation of product demonstrations for a variety of audiences (e.g. developers and engineering leadership).
  • Experience with tools such as GitHub Actions and technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform are desired.
  • Account management experience for large and enterprise organizations advantageous but not required.
