Dover is building the first end-to-end recruiting orchestration platform for the world's top companies. We combine best-in-class candidate evaluation technology with bespoke process automation to help companies find and hire top talent for their open roles.

Dover went through Y Combinator in 2019, and today 100+ companies use our product to run a better hiring process. We've raised $3M from top VCs and are currently profitable. We're currently a remote team of 25 with hubs in San Francisco and NYC and presence in Boston, LA and DC.

We're looking for an executive assistant to support the CEO. You must possess exceptional communication skills and be able to engage with a broad range of stakeholders with maturity, confidence, and empathy. The ideal candidate addresses every day with a positive, proactive, and efficient attitude, supported by razor-sharp organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. Additionally, the ideal candidate has extensive technological knowledge of, and competence in, the tools necessary to carry out their duties. Most importantly, we are searching for experienced candidates who have a proven ability to partner with their Executive to anticipate needs, think critically, and use initiative to solve problems in a rapidly growing environment, all delivered with a very high degree of professionalism and unwavering confidentiality.
