Operations Lead at Dover - 100+ customers, profitable, 10%+ MoM growth (Remote in US/Canada)
We are looking for our first Operations Manager. In this position, you'd oversee a 25+ person part-time interviewer team that's projected to 2-3x this year.
Dover is building the first recruiting orchestration platform. We are a team of 25 FTE and have a contractor team of 25+ folks. We have 100+ customers, have grown 2x in the past 6 months and are profitable.
In this role you'd work closely with me (COO) and my cofounders. You'll manage these growing teams and run hiring, strategy, capacity planning etc. You'll also help identify opportunities for growth and operational improvements.
The requirements are flexible (we think a former founder would be an excellent fit, for example) but at a high level we're looking for someone very analytical, good communicator and has solid management experience.
