About the role
Dover is looking to hire our first Growth Marketer. As the first hire on the Marketing team, you'll have an outsized impact on our brand & a unique opportunity for ownership.
Your day to day work will involve building out our user acquisition machine to grow Dover's customer base. You'll be an integral part of our growth journey, testing and developing channels, creatives and strategies that maximize acquisition at scale. As the first marketing hire, you'll get to experiment with & own all types of marketing, including social media, SEO/SEM, email, inbound, and other paid channels. You'll consistently work with data to inform decisions and pitch your ideas. This will include working closely with our Data Science lead to build process and deliver against our targets.
