As our Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and communicating the Duffl brand. You will own key acquisition channels and partner with leaders across Ops, Product and HR. You will play a central role in master-minding Duffl’s go-to-market strategy as we accelerate through a phase of national expansion. Your marketing expertise will enable you to create the growth engine for the entire company. You have the most direct impact on the top line revenue.
The successful candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for Duffl and our community. We seek versatile thinkers who can structure and analyze a variety of business problems and experiment with new ideas quickly.
This stage is a more informal call with our Chief of Staff Harshal to get to know more about the role, and for you to evaluate whether we are a good fit for you.
The interview is a deep dive into marketing abilities. We are looking for a creative problem solver. We are also looking for autonomy and communication. This is evaluated throughout the process, in how you communicate your approach, solutions and overall thinking.
A non-hiring leadership team member will interview you (mostly behavioral) and provide feedback to the hiring manager (CEO)
