Responsible for a smooth and positive candidate experience, you will own the full recruiting cycle for a variety of Engineering roles. As a talent partner for EasyPost, you will be encouraged to proactively suggest process improvements, assist in meeting overall team goals, and provide leadership and coaching to hiring managers.

What You’ll Do: Provide a stellar candidate experience to ensure Engineers are advocates of EasyPost regardless of whether they receive a Job Offer Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and business goals Meet monthly hiring goals Own full-cycle technical recruiting with autonomy Actively source and reach out to Engineering candidates to build a pipeline of qualified candidates Collaborate with Engineering Management to understand hiring needs and goals and keep key stakeholders updated on recruiting metrics Maintain accurate data in our applicant tracking system Build relationships with candidates and be responsible for managing the candidate relationship Use a data driven approach to optimize recruiting pipelines and report on pipeline health Utilize a variety of strategies to recruit both passive and active candidates Participate in team meetings and act as a strong recruiting partner for hiring managers and interviewers Maintain a high hiring bar for Engineering hires to ensure a strong retention rate on our Engineering team Proactively take ownership of larger recruiting projects and continuously work on ways to improve the process Identify closing strategies for offers and proactively provide candidates with the right information to close candidates Provide business partner support and guidance to hiring managers and interviewers on making hiring decisions Lead candidate debrief meetings to drive hiring decisions

About You: Years of recruiting experience, at at least one high growth technology company Demonstrated experience sourcing and maintaining a pipeline of passive candidates A strategic thinker with excellent business judgment and delivering on a forecast within budget Proven ability to manage multiple roles while paying strict attention to detail Strong candidate-facing and communication skills High-energy, team-first attitude: You enjoy working collaboratively and effectively across a diverse set of functions, backgrounds, and working styles
