Software that increases the value of oil & gas wells
In this role, you will be helping to enhance the existing functionality of our software and delivering new features with a clear focus on delivering value for our clients. This job will challenge both your software skills and engineering talent.
Our work differs from your standard frontend engineering role you’d be accustomed to in consumer facing products. You will get to building user facing features including interactive 3D visualisations, dashboards and diagrams, as well as intuitive workflows. These features will be use and relied on by engineers to deliver higher performing physical assets that have a real impact on the energy supply chain. You’ll get to work closely with our users and form productive working relationships.
Initial chat (<15 minutes): This stage is a more informal call to meet, for you to get to know more about the role, and for you to evaluate whether it’s a good fit for you.
Take home code challenge (in your own time 2-3 hours) - a problem solving exercise focussed on implementing a customer feature request within existing boiler plate.
Technical Interview (1 hour) - 3 to 5 questions that you should be comfortable to work through live with a screen share. You'll also get to meet others from our team during this interview.
Regular Interview (1 hour) - A final touch point before we make an offer. We'll ask more general questions and you'll get another chance to ask any more questions you have.
We will shortcut the process with a "no-hire" if we realise it won't be a good fit. This typically is after the take home code challenge or Question 1 of the technical interview.
