We are seeking our Sales Engineer to join Escape and play a key role in shaping our customer success strategy. As the bridge between our business and tech teams, you’ll be the voice of our customers, ensuring their needs are met and they’re getting the most out of our platform. Reporting directly to our CEO Tristan Kalos, you’ll support customers in understanding, using, and resolving technical issues with Escape’s platform, while collaborating closely with the Sales, Product and Engineering Teams.
